Admissions Process
Enrollment forms must be completed and returned to the office with the
enrollment fee of $250.
The admissions fees can be paid out in two installments,
we also require a current copy of shot records and a birth certificate.
New students applying in grades 1st -6th will need to submit the following:
Two Teacher Recommendations,
MCA student questionnaire,
a copy of their current report card
and any standardized testing.
Any new student transferring in grades K-6th grade must schedule an entrance exam.
Students must pass with minimum of 75.
Acceptance is not given until the final report card is received.
